Lots to see in this area, the campus and grounds are very pretty and are an integral part of this great City.

Worth checking out if you are in the area for a quick look.

Although I attended McGill University in my late teens and most classes were in the building right next door to this quaint little Museum, I never actually went inside. Now almost 30 years later, I had an opportunity to visit. Interior architecture is quite stunning and is almost more interesting than some of the artifacts in contains. 2 floors with center open so actually quite small but could easily spend an hour or two to go through all the exhibits.

Couteous and hospitable during our stay at McGill University. Our rooms were very clean and cool considering they were dorm rooms. It is centrally located so that shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We would visit again.

Was graduating while I was there so it was very busy. It is a beautiful campus, up on the hill, with beautiful buildings.

Like strolling through the campus of Harvard, you get the same sense of history and prestige when visiting McGill University. We were among many tourists taking photos of McGill’s breathtakingly beautiful campus and picturesque buildings, uniquely nestled in the heart of downtown Montreal. Historically ranking among the top 10-20 universities in the world (even ahead of several Ivy League schools), McGill attracts the best and brightest students internationally. Actually, the prestigious North American Global University Leaders Forum (GULF) is comprised of the eight Ivy League schools plus McGill University. It's EXTREMELY difficult to get admitted into McGill, so make sure you’re at the very top of your class with a near perfect GPA and strong standardized test scores. As an added bonus, Montreal was recently named “Best City in the World” for international students by QS.com, ahead of Paris, London, Tokyo, Boston, NYC, etc.
