Stayed there for one week with two friends. The accommodation on the 16th floor had enough room and a nice view of Toronto.
This view was only disturbed by a large roadbed in front of the building. Trains were unfortunately heard very loud even with closed windows. My friends found this disturbing at night and could only sleep with ear plugs. I was not affected by the noise, so it depends on the individual person.
The accommodation was modern, bright, very clean and had a very good equipment of kitchen utensils. Positive was the large supply of towels, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, tea, spices and cleaning products such as soap and dishwasher tablets.
The Tram is easy to reach on the Spadina Ave, which is just down the road and makes it easy to go to the city center. But within walking distance, for example, the CN Tower or the harbor, is within easy reach.
Useful was the 24 hour supermarket Sobey, located on the corner of Spadina Ave. A Starbucks can be found there also.
Overall, we found the accommodation positive.

We stayed here for 5 nights / 6 days with 2 small children. The condo was new, clean and had every convenience to make the stay much more comfortable than a hotel room, particularly the washing machine and kitchenette.
There is a Sobey's Grocery store around the corner, restaurant just outside and access to transit just steps away. Ricky arranged for a parking pass. We walked or took transit the whole week. Our 4 year old particularly loved watching the Go trains and there was no street or train noise!
There is a children's play area in the building and the pool and steam room were lovely after a long day. There is a park just across the street and the waterfront is a short walk south. The location is perfect for downtown visitors wanting an urban vacation.
Brand new apartment in a very beautiful building with nice views, pool, gym, steam room etc. In a trendy location and quite safe suburb. Walking distance from CN tower, Rogers stadium and water front. Short drive from down town shops.
The host is easily contactable and responded to all our requests. Although he was out of town but he arranged an alternative host and regularly kept in touch with us via email to make sure we are comfortable and all our needs have been met. One could not ask for a better host than Ricky. His friend, who looked after us while Ricky was away, was always responded to all our calls and text messages immediately and was quite a pleasant person.
The apartment is quite modern and tastefully furnished and very secure.
Ricky arranged a visitor parking pass for our car. Alternatively there is a paid car parking a minute away for $15 a day. Male sure you discuss parking before so that Ricky can arrange it for you.
Washing machine and dryer, WiFi in the apartment is quite handy.
We will deffinately stay here again. Thank you Ricky and Mock for bring a fantastic host.
