The receptionist took payment with my visa debit in error which was fine
We then payed with the correct bank card and was told the visa debit would be refunded.
Still no sign of a refund or any communication of my case being dealt with!! Promised emails from front managers and yet still no communication from them!
I had such a lovely stay at a marvellous hotel which has now all been ruined by the lack of care they have for there customers!!!!!!!! We have now paid double for our stay with still no sign of a refund!!!!!
