First the positive: The restaurant is still brand new and the decor is beautiful. Once ordered, the food arrives to the table relatively fast. Overall quality of the food is good - consistent with other Cheesecake Factories across the USA. Cheesecakes are fantastic!

Now the negative: Service at this location is hit or miss. Have been there 3 times since this restaurant opened, and depending on the server you get assigned to, the service can range from above average to poor. In 1 of the 3 visits we were given a basket of bread. On the other 2 visits, none was provided. Drinks and any special requests (i.e. able syrup) seems to take a long time to be brought to the table. Servers seemed our of sight for a prolonged period of time, and when in their areas, they seem rushed and appear robotic.

If you do not expect the quality of service that you get at some of their locations (Chicago, Las Vegas, Coconut Grove), your dining experience should be OK.

Most of us know The cheesecake factory is a very nice restaurant that has a variety of food cuisine.
but in general, I believe it doesn't worth to wait to get a table more than 30 min.
Honestly speaking, in Toronto I advise you not to visit this restaurant unless you are living in Toronto.
you can visit amazing restaurants during your visit without wasting your time waiting to get a table in a well-known restaurant that has nothing special in Toronto.

if you are in york dale visit RH or joys restaurant.

We were there at 9;45 on Sunday. CCF opened at 10. We placed our order at around 10:20-10:30.
We got our food was brought out at 11:30. An hour later!
We were 6 adults and 2 toddlers.
Two of our drinks were wrong.
2 of our orders had bacon on the menu but did not have bacon in them.
We had two identical omlettes, one was brought with bread and one was not.
The house fries were VERY burnt.
The only positive thing I have to say is that our server did everything (bring our bacon on the side, fix the drinks, bring another order of fries, bring out bread) when we told him. But this was far too many mistakes for one time. We were also crammed into a booth with 2 highchairs (even though when we arrived there were plenty of tables available).

Honestly just horrible. We waited just over 2 hour to get our meal. My wife ordered breakfast that was eggs and pancakes and I got jambalaya breakfast. My wife's eggs were rubber. She didn't even touch them. My jambalaya was horrible. Zero flavour whatsoever. $70 for our breakfast which included $3.50 each for coffee and $5.50 each for orange juice. What a joke. I'm so disappointed. Fathers Day meal ruined.

I first tried this restaurant in Honolulu in 2008....had the Factory-sized Burrito. Wanted to try it again, 10 years later. Guess what? They didn't have it. The waitress recommended Chicken Enchiladas. Food temperature was mediocre (luke warm); taste was bland; portion of rice was paltry. Decided to try the Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. Horrible. Few berries, huge dollop of whipped cream, three chunks of streusel cake filled with vanilla ice-cream. Worst dessert ever. Cost for dessert $12.00. Guess that is why it is not called the Shortcake Factory.

Service was good; server changed over 3 times, but all was fine. Won't be returning anytime too soon. Not worth it. My friend had nachos....they were overcooked....one blatantly burned. My other friend had a burger and said it was decent. I guess it depends on what you order.
