Clean hotel rooms, toilets and common areas were all very clean and well organized.
the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming.
the breakfast options were ample
the room was big enough that kids could run around

We have stayed at the Quattro Hotel several times over the years as we travel across Canada to British Columbia or visit during the “Autumn Splash of Colour.” We find all aspects of our personal family stay to be excellent. The quality of the building has been maintained over the years and the atmosphere is most welcoming. The staff are pleasant and courteous. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a couch, table and chair. The desk was much appreciated along with the WiFi. There are a variety of restaurants in the vicinity as well. Whenever we travel North of Lake Superior we make a point of staying at the Quattro in Sault Ste. Marie. The room rate at this time was very reasonable.
This is the first time I stayed at this property. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the size of the room that I had booked.
Breakfast was included and the restaurant was clean.
Didn’t try pool as we arrived late and checked out early. Windows to pool looked inviting as well the fitness centre.
Would definitely book again.
We went for 2 nights. Nice place, comfy bed, plenty of pillows. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Our room had a fridge and coffee maker, which was handy. I had only 1 concern, and although everything was clean , I did notice that the picture hanging in the bathroom, was dirty. I am thinking that this normally wouldn't be dirty, and possibly why they didn't check it.
Very clean and conveniently located to were we wanted to be. Highly recommend the hotel. We will be staying there the next time we visit in Sault Saint Marie.
Next time we stay we want to have a suite so we have more space in the room to visit with relatives
