Excellent family hotel! Travelled with 3 family members. Suites were huge, nice little kitchenette with table and chairs included. The pool is amazing! It's salt water and very clean. My teenagers loved the sauna and the breakfast. Honestly, probably the best croissant I have ever had! Lots of hot food options which was great for my gluten free, dairy free eater. Staff was friendly and kind. The hand soap is coconut and smells great. Beds were comfy and AC worked fantastic. Value is superb at this hotel. We did have to walk up one flight of stairs and we got a little lost a few times. :)

My husband and I had a lovely stay - the room was very comfortable and the hotel quite nice. Moreover, the customer service is fab. After we had checked out, they found my missing health card in our room and were kind enough to mail it back to me.

This will be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Sault Ste Marie. Our son's football team had game against SSM so we chose to stay here fro two nights based on Tripadvisor. Subsequently our team manager chose the Quattro for the team as well. What a great choice!

Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were very impressed with our room and the hotel overall. Excellent value! Cleanliness was top notch.

Our first night we decided to have dinner downstairs at Vinotecca. We didn't expect much from a hotel restaurant. Man, were we impressed! Again excellent service. The calamari was delicious and the portion was enough for four of us. The mains were quite good as were the drinks. Vinotecca certainly exceeded our expectations!

We decided to take advantage of the in-house delivery and 20% off from Pizzatecca. That was a mistake. Wings and pizza were nothing to write home about, although they offer ample portions! They also didn't discount the 20%. We fixed that via the front desk the next morning. Not the hotel's fault as Pizzatecca is separately managed. Desptie this minor setback it did not sour our opinion of the hotel.

As far as the hotel taking care of the team, we can't say enough. They had a conference room for game film/meeting and a catered dinner. The rooms were perfect for the boys.

Our son's team will be returning next year and we will be sure to book here again!
