We were there for a convention. I had requested a first floor room because of mobility problems the people were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. They also had a fantastic breakfast included with the room. This was our third stay at the hotel.
Excellent Hotel. Very clean, up-to-date facilities, spacious rooms and helpful staff. The kids loved getting to spend time in the pool with their friends and cousins, and the adults enjoyed visiting in the spacious suites. Also tried the room service and it was really good and really affordable!
Okay.. Jonathan at the front desk deserves a hefty raise. He had us rolling laughing and flirted with my elderly mother, and tried to accomidate her handicap needs. We loved the hotel, service, pool, and breakfast. Fantastic 5 stars all around.
I stay in about 80 hotels in the course of a year and rarely do I leave a 5 star review but this place exceeds all expectations. The rooms, the staff, the restaurant, you name it. Even down to the little details like the workspace in the room. Lots of receptacles to plug in all my devices. Choice Hotels, you have an absolute gem here!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quattro Hotel and Conference Centre! The room was extremely clean and all staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. I recommend you make Quattro your next stop when visiting in Sault Ste.Marie!
