Okay.. Jonathan at the front desk deserves a hefty raise. He had us rolling laughing and flirted with my elderly mother, and tried to accomidate her handicap needs. We loved the hotel, service, pool, and breakfast. Fantastic 5 stars all around.
I stay in about 80 hotels in the course of a year and rarely do I leave a 5 star review but this place exceeds all expectations. The rooms, the staff, the restaurant, you name it. Even down to the little details like the workspace in the room. Lots of receptacles to plug in all my devices. Choice Hotels, you have an absolute gem here!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quattro Hotel and Conference Centre! The room was extremely clean and all staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. I recommend you make Quattro your next stop when visiting in Sault Ste.Marie!

What an amazing hotel!! Clean and modern suites (we stayed on the 6th floor). Excellent amenities and good food. Didn't have time for dinner in the restaurant but it smelled amazing! Nice hot breakfast. Very attentive staff. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.
