First, full disclosure: I have not stayed in this unit. I do not know the owner. I own another condo in this building.
This is an amazing location. It is at the entrance to the Britannia Beach park ... literally. It is walking distance to shopping (including food) and restaurants. It is walking distance to the transitway, for easy bus access to downtown. It is easy to get to and find, right at the base of Pinecrest at Carling.
Now the building. It is clean and well maintained. The views of the Ottawa River and sunset are breathtaking. For short term stays, common facilities include a salt water pool, saunas, and patio with picnic tables and BBQs.
These are all the reasons that we bought into the building. It would be a great spot to stay during an Ottawa vacation.
Comfortable Condo with absolutely jaw dropping 17th floor 180 degree view of the Ottowa river and beyond.The owners lovely assistant was extremely helpful if required and the place was nicely located adjacent to a Park down to the river edge.
The Condo was clean but would benefit from some more kitchen/dining items as there was the bare minimum knifes/forks/spoon etc.Added bonus was the salt water indoor pool in the basement and your own parking spot.
