Meals at Royal Oak have improved greatly. This is my second visit this month a Royal Oak and in both locations where I ate, the food was terrific.
At the CentrePointe location, I ordered the lobster rolls (2) and chips (made on the premises - they were sooo good). Coleslaw was included. The cost was 17.$ quite reasonable for the quality.
The lobster in the rolls was sufficient and the buns had been buttered and toasted which provided great taste.
We sat on the patio (a long narrow patio that runs the length of the restaurant). Even though there were lots of people there, the noise level was quite low. It was a perfect day to be eating outdoors.
I also odered the ‘on tap’ cider which was quite pleasant.
