It first off strikes me as unfair to charge the regular rate $58 with $20+ in taxes for a room in a hotel that does not have their pool & restaurant open. There is not a complimentary breakfast provided. They offer a discount for an IHOP on the other side of town. Without a car, you are out of luck. You will have to order every single meal thru a delivery service like uber eats. Secondly, and most importantly, the room was FILTHY. I am not exaggerating or being dramatic. A thick film of dust on every surface area. The carpet was dirty as well. Clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. And the bathroom was worst of all. There was water in the bathtub! And hair everywhere! After a hot day, I was looking forward to taking a shower when I checked in, and called down explaining the state of the room to which they replied, cleaning ladies would not be in until 9am the next morning. That's it. Second night, a GROUP 5+ men checked into the room right next to us! In a hotel with how many rooms, and maybe 3 cars in the parking lot, they checked in two groups of people directly beside and across from us! During covid-19! Why not space the rooms out?? Put them at the end of the hall. Or on an entirely other floor! There was plenty of room!!! Not to mention the group of men were drunk and loud and kept us up until 3am. There was absolutely no compensation at all offered. Nothing. Hospitality is certainly not like it used to be. I'd highly recommend anyone visiting Niagara Falls to avoid the Ramada on River Road. Its not only lazy housekeeping, and lacking concern for their guests safety and comfort, its actually dangerous and negligent at this time. AVOID.

This was a clean place with friendly staff. The neighborhood that surrounds it is very cute as is the downtown. I do wish it was a bit closer to the main falls area. You could walk but it was quite cold when we were there so it was not reasonable.

Our room was clean, large and the king size bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and took 2 relaxing bubble baths during my stay. There was noise from adjacent rooms and hallway in the early evening, however, we didn't hear anything after 10 PM. Our curtains did not pull completely together but it didn't matter to our comfort and quality of sleep. The front desk staff and manager were friendly and professional. Our TV didn't work at the start of our stay and was fixed within minutes of our reporting it. I recommend this hotel for couples on vacation.

Room tip: ask for a room on the 5th floor, that is the highest level and you won't get noise from occupants above you

Room on the 5th floor was decent. Check-in was fine. Everything was good except the pool. Needs some serious work and the water and air in the pool area was SO COLD!
It was a HUGE let down as we both love to swim. We have been to many pools, some in foreign countries, and this one was the worst we had ever seen.
The only other thing we were kind of uncomfortable with was both nights there were strange men outside the entrance/sitting in the lobby. They looked like they came on bicycles and in all honestly we thought they were homeless people just allowed to hang out at the hotel. Very strange. We often take little getaways in Niagara Falls for a few days. This is one hotel we are deleting from our list.

unclean, unprofessional staff, broken equipment ice machine, fridge, loud cleaners who disturb regardless of do not disturb sign hours before check out time. Overpriced for what you get. Window coverings didn’t close. Staying closer to main attractions would be a better idea.
