Hotel staff was very friendly. Great location. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. I used valet parking so I can't comment on self parking. Rooms are nice and clean. I stayed in a river view room (1334), but still was able to see the Falls. Excellent bonus!

The view is ok but the marriot is better. Knocked on our door at 9:30am to ask us what time we were checking out when we had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON and check out isnt until 11am!
Then apologized but it doesnt matter she woke us up already.

You have to pay for parking which is stupid. For the amount you pay parking should be free.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review for the award winning Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview. I m sorry to see you found the view just ok. Parking in Niagara Falls is very limited. We are one of the few who have some onsite parking and our charges include the valet services. We are one of the least expensive in the area. I am sorry to see you were disturbed by housekeeping. I will discuss your comments with them.

The Raddison Hotel in Ontario at Niagra Falls is generally a pretty good hotel. This hotel has a parking lot available on premises but it sometimes can fill up forcing customers to use the valet service. The big problem this hotel staff has is the aggressive nature of at least one valet person, a guy we bumped into in mid afternoon the day we arrived.. This guy literally stood in front of our car as we tried to pull into the loop to unload and register at the hotel. That valet then came to our vehicle and said to us, ‘Im going to valet your car today, ok’. This was not spoken as a question but as a directive making us believe we were REQUIRED to use the valet service. In fact, we were not and there were several available parking spots available so valet services would NOT have been be required. This valet in my opinion was boorish, and a hustler who would do well to stand at a stoplight with a bucket of soapy water and a rag, washing people’s windshields and demanding tips. We had thought a more appropriate question/statement by the valet staff would have been simply, ‘Maam/Sir, will you require valet services today?’ That would have been the polite and proper approach to customers rather than standing in front of our car causing us to stop and listen to his basic valet service hustle. So beware if you go to this hotel. There may be valet hustlers to confront you. Just deal with them as you wish. On the bright side, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and special kudos to desk clerk Alex who apparently saw our confrontation with the valet service. Alex apologized to us and said she hoped that wouldn’t ruin our enjoyment on our visit. The Raddisson management needs to train their valets and get rid of the hustlers.

I am sorry to see you had issues with the valet and I do apologize for your concerns. I will discuss your comments with them to ensure they are delivering the excellent customer service that we have become known for. I am pleased to see that Alex was able to acknowledge your issues. I do want to assure you his is not typical of our hotel. I do hope that we will see you again if your travels bring you back to Niagara Falls.
