This hotel is perfect for a family. I was on the second floor near the courtyard. I was not disturbed by the kids making noises. It's a hotel for kids! So, if you are sensitive to happy kids and their pitter patter then I suggest you stay at another hotel. I liked that they showed a kid movie each night at 8:30 in the courtyard. Popcorn was served as well. The hotel was clean, comfortable and a couple of blocks away from Clifton Hills (The attraction center of the falls). The staff was friendly and helpful. The waterpark is perfect for every age . There's this play area upstairs for those that do not want to play in water. It was awesome because we got tired of playing in the water. The parking can be a headache. You may find yourself parking in the garage then walking across to the hotel. I'm giving this hotel a 5 because it is great hotel for families.

We had the family suite with 3 queen size beds and old pullout couch. There was plenty of space to move around , which was super nice! 2 downfalls only ... Noise for sleeping was terrible with ppl above in room. I would recommend asking for the top floor to avoid. The second is the bathroom is about 7x4'. Hardly enough room to move , but with the size of room , it can be overlooked. Room is clean , hallway rugs worn but there are a lot of children so you can't be too picky. Right out the door is the casino and the water park is connected. Great location to walk to everything. We never drove once in 3 days.

We stayed here July 31st. There is only one good thing about this hotel. It is close to the water park walkway. The rooms smell terrible the carpets in rooms hallways and court years have not been changed in years. This is just a really dirty old hotel. Save your money and book Great Wolf Lodge.

This place was a decent family hotel and convenient with the waterpark attached. The kids movie in the courtyard was a nice touch. The room was clean and the beds mostly comfortable.

Now this part i really hope the management gets. Spend some money to upgrade your elevator situation! Having to wait four loads to get upstairs with our luggage and strollers took so much time away from our vacation. Not only that but having to wait for a staff member to operate the single person elevator from the second floor to the water park skyway was ridiculous. For a family hotel this place made using a stroller a nightmare.

If I was travelling with little luggage and no strollers this place would have been great.

Probably the worst way to waist $300/night in Niagara Falls. Outdated, filthy, overpriced, and undeserved. While Niagara is worth the visit, I'd recommend staying anywhere but here. I've gotten nicer rooms at 40/night red roof ins in the middle of nowhere. Not what you expect for a hotel attached to a water park, especially for one surrounded by equally priced competition that offers waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better accommodations. They should knock this place down and rebuild something worth staying at now, because I garuntee this will happen once they're done squeezing dollars out of this dinosaur.
