The hotel is clean and staff is plesent to deal with. The breakfast offered was very good. We enjoyed being able to leave our car and walk to where we needed to go. I wish the outside would be spruced up a bit.

They don't open the the resturant until 7:00am with about 150 persons wainting to have eat. Then the mad rush to the food. Very poor organization, they need a better system, like opening earlier and let people gradually come in and eat instead of the mad rush. Aside from that the rooms were clean and roomy.

This property is an older hotel with somewhat dark carpets and uneven parking lot. I have a need for an ice pack to be kept in the freezer overnight for use with an eye drop that needs to be kept cold. This facility had no access to a freezer for this purpose and the refrigerator in the room did not have a cold enough temperature to freeze the pack. Thankfully they did have an ice machine. Admittedly this is not a disadvantage for most people, but the only place I have found that problem.
The room was outfitted with comfortable beds, enough clean towels for the three of us, there was an elevator, and we really could view the falls from the balcony. Breakfast was available, but not included. Parking was also an extra charge. Even so, it was more affordable than the newer hotels. They split the charges between my nephew's credit card, since he made the reservation and mine which was presented at check-in. That seemed odd to us.

Pros---- close to town center, comfortable bed,Balcony with distant Falls view Cons----- When taking a shower ,the tub fills up with dirty water, drains extremely slow, same as the sink,, Very outdated,New carpet would be nice, light fixtures very dusty, and the caulking in the bathroom was very gungy, and it would be nice if they could switch up the breakfast menu instead of having thee same thing every day.

Room tip: Third floor best view

This hotel is close to all attractions and is priced according to the higher end hotels in the area but not worth the money. Hotel is outdated and in need of major renovations. Peeling wallpaper in the rooms. Outdated furniture. Stained carpets. Room was clean but not worth $200 a night plus $20 for parking.
