We drove along part of this beautiful parkway when we brought our bikes to the Niagara River Recreation Trail (which runs along the parkway). This lovely drive goes from the falls area all the way to Niagara-On-the-Lake. The section we drove through went by wineries, farm markets, and spots to stop to overlook the river. We passed by some beautiful homes. It was a very nice drive and I recommend it to anyone who wants to explore some of the other things the Niagara area has to offer. It doesn't cost anything (but gas), and you get to see some lovely sights.
We stopped at Walker's Country Market to get some sandwiches and ice cream. It is a family-owned market with fresh produce. We also bought some locally-made products like syrup and jelly. This place has free public restrooms if needed.
