Must book this tour! Paul is a local, knowledgeable man who kept us entertained the entire time. He knew how to time the tour perfectly to see changing of the guards and hear cannon fire at noon at Citadel, went to authentic fishing village, learned about the Titanic and went to cemeteries to pay respects to victims buried there. We went to "hidden gem" places a large tour bus can't go. Paul was very professional, kind, and accommodating.

I only had a day free in Halifax so the tour I chose needed to capture Halifax, its culture, rich history, beauty and uniqueness. This tour and our guide Paul did not disappoint! Wow! Well thought out, lots of special touches. Paul cares deeply about his city, its history and people. His knowledge covers everything from architecture through history to deep local and community roots.

My husband and I had scheduled two tours with Paul-this was the second. Paul really knows the best places to give guests a taste of the Annapolis Valley. The van he uses is also very comfortable. For the wineries, the highlight of the wineries was the 1365 Church Street Vineyard & Winery. We also had lots of great photo opportunities-including two nesting bald eagles. This tour is a 'Must Do' when in Halifax.

Paul is a wealth of information, such as the Halifax Explosion and Halifax's role in the Titanic disaster. Paul takes a real interest in his guests and is warm and personable. Well worth the money!
