Very nice waitress helped us and everyone else in there. Food variety was good. Everything was homemade, including pasta, which was surprisingly good.

Had an early dinner here recently. Very pretty space with nice view out to the Annapolis Basin. Our reserved table was ready, charming and right by the window. Baked brie appetizer was delicious. Entrees were average, though I liked the homemade fettucini - thicker than usual but that made for a nice, al dente texture.

Were lucky to be able to walk in and just have a short wait for a window table. Had a great meal with drinks, staff very nice and restaurant is obviously very popular with the locals. Also, had live music on the evening of our visit which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

Being early in the season, we visited in the area in the rain and we were looking for a place to warm up and dry out a bit. Bistro East fit the bill very well. It is a fairly open space, so it can be a little loud, but it is very relaxed and friendly. And their menu offered just what we were looking for -- my wife had the tomato soup (very rich with chunks of tomato, basil and garlic) and grilled cheese sandwich with a healthy portion of cheddar. I had the daily special which was a BLT (good, crispy bacon) and a cup of an interesting curried salmon soup which was nicely sweet with just the right amount of zip! We enjoyed our lunch there and hope to come back some day for dinner!

We had a great dinner with a good menu selection. The service was excellent. It was obviously a popular place to eat in the town with a notable number of locals having dinner in the restaurant.
