My wife and I were the first to stay in this condo after a complete designer remodel. All of the kitchen appliances and furnishings are new and very attractive. The view is southwest through the glass-walled living/dining area. One can see a bit of English Bay. The condo is in a very attractive secure building with a spacious underground garage with free parking. The owner is very helpful and solicitous in attending to any requests.
The location is superb. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the convention center and about 20 min to Stanley Park. Urban Fare grocery store and BC Liquor Store are a block away. Robson Street is one block away. Several good to excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.
We found the condo very comfortable and convenient and would stay again without hesitation. However, we rated it 4 instead of 5 stars because the second bedroom is too small for the queen size bed, and it is a challenge to access one side of it. It would not be a problem for our more agile children, but any guest should be aware of that.
