It was rainy on the day that we were there. Our cruise ship had docked early, after dropping our bags at the hotel we took a taxi to Granville. The store were still closed. We were able to get coffee and some breakfast. There were a lot of artist stores so it was a unique place to visit. It is small though.

Visited with our 5yo as he was wanting to do something more his style after lots of travelling over a 3 week period visiting from Australia.

He loved the play centre and spent around 3 hours playing with the other kids. Had a play in the playground and he enjoyed playing with the water feature in the sand making rivers etc. Didnt use the water play area as was a bit chilly but those brave enough to use it were having fun. Enjoyed fish n chips watching the ducks.

Great little morning out.

We merely walked through within an hour. There are some interesting quaint stores which are worth visiting. We didn't buy anything though.

Well worth a visit to the craft shops and the vibrant indoor market. Would recommend going by water taxi as there is a lot of traffic congestion.

Took the short ferry over from English Bay to check out all the outdoor market, quirky shops, souvenir places and huge awesome indoor food hall/market. Would definitely recommend if you are a foodie and / or looking for gifts
