Took the short ferry over from English Bay to check out all the outdoor market, quirky shops, souvenir places and huge awesome indoor food hall/market. Would definitely recommend if you are a foodie and / or looking for gifts

Amazing place and delicious food art and a beautiful view to complete the great experience! Fruits, olive oil and different meats can be found - and also souvenirs.

Walked down to the Island from our Hotel on Broadwey, which was a bit of a walk but OK. Visited for lunch and took the little ferry around the bay. Good choice of food to eat inside and out, excellent market and if you want to do some shopping whilst on holiday this is the place.

We found this area by accident to go to dinner one night and I'm glad we did. It was super cute and there were lots of people there so it seemed to be a trendy type area. There were lots of places to eat and walk around. Definitely check it out!

The island is located south of the city centre and connected with the granville bridge or with small boat.
On the island is the famous market, good to visit and to explore.
