Bargemin is a lovely little village.
The Keep is a lovely little place to stay.
Clean. Well kept. Nicely designed. And brilliantly located in a quiet part of an already quiet little spot.
It also boasts access to a beautiful private pool. The deepest you'll find in the area. Gorgeous grounds. And a tennis court for those more as active moments!
It's a gem. As are the owners who have gone to great lengths to ensure guests have a seamless and comfortable stay.
Our second time at The Keep and it was just as good as last year. Excellent facilities and its location within the village means you are just a short stroll from the bakery/ cafe/ restaurants. This year we ventured beyond Bargemon and can highly recommend Tourtour and Fayence for day trips.
Bargemon is the most exquisite place hidden in the hills surrounded by olive groves. The keep was perfect for our group of 6, emaculate with a rustic charm. The little town is quiet and charming and it took 2 mins potter in the morning to pick up croissants or find a local bistro for supper. Plenty of parking too. We went canoeing one day in the famous Gorges, great fun. The pool and tennis court were also incredible as per photos - perfect for a drink and sundowners. Such a wonderful three days, not long enough. Thanks so much Toby and Amelia! C x
The Keep was delightful and the perfect place for a break to enjoy the gorgeous Bargemon and Provence. Blissful to spend a day by the pool / playing tennis; equally fun to visit the Gorge du Verdon, St Tropez, wine tasting at Chateau D'Esclans, walks in the hills etc.
The Keep is perfect for a dinner party or BBQ. At the same time, Bargemon's lovely restaurants are a stones throw away with no need to drive.
Seamless booking / logistics - thank you for a fantastic holiday !
I would love to keep The Keep all to myself, but it is just too heavenly not to pass on. We had an amazing stay and was the perfect holiday getaway. As a group of friends it suited brilliantly. We explored the village, sampled the restaurants and took in all that the village and local area offers. On the lazy days we could read in the beautiful garden, take a dip in the pool, play tennis and have a crack at boules all with stunning views. I cannot fault it; Longing to go back!
