Resort overall was great! Elsa and Louis at the pool were over the top amazing- made our trip even better!!! Great customer service! Rooms nice, clean and extra amenities! Food for breakfast and lunch is good- great pool food brought to your chairs so you don't have to leave! Dinners were mediocre and left something to be desired however we don't go here for a gourmet dining experience and overall food is MUCH BETTER than many other all-inclusives! If you are looking for a relaxing time in Cabo- its a great choice.

Wonderful! Felt relaxed as soon as I stepped out of the car from the airport. Shout out to Victor!! Love from Texas!! He's the best in the World Cafe!!
Don't be afraid of a tropical storm, the staff had got you covered!

Room Tip: The doors to rooms can make for noisy neighbors.

Dreams was perfect! From the time we stepped out of the car upon arrival greeted with champagne to all of the helpful staff! We were bumped up to the middle top room which had an amazing view. Every single staff person from the grounds keepers to the waiters and concierge, photographers, bartenders, everyone...was fabulous! We will be back every June.

Great resort first day u arrive then went down hill
A Mexican couple had our room key came into room an then ran away staff said it was mistake an I believed it but now I wonder how can comp,system make mistake

There seems to have been a number of deficiencies encountered which are very atypical and not reflective of our brand experience; if this stay was marred by irregular circumstances, we can only renew our apologies and assure you that we have in the meantime briefed the team at great length of your comments.

I’ve been to Cabo now about 8 times. Usually always am all inclusive. This resort was below any standards for Cabo all inclusive. The food was terrible, they boast that they have several fine dining restaurant and top shelf drinks. Everything was “well drinks” and the food was comprised of everything you could get from the dollar store in the states. The activities they offer are so lame, if you’re over the age of 5 you won’t be impressed. Was surprised at this resort the only people that spoke English were the sales people trying to get you to buy into the property....if you see a guy named Oscar run the other direction he is so annoying and doesn’t leave you alone.

Save your money go anywhere else.

The rooms were nice and the view was nice but you can get that anywhere for a butt load less money in Cabo.
