What сould be hidden under the mask of these beautiful photographs of this paradise place ?!
Indifference and complete insensitivity to the hotel guests !!!

I would like to share with you the following information:

On the second day of our stay in the hotel, around 12:00 a.m., my phone was stolen at the hotel entrance !!!

On the fifth day of our stay in hotel, in the daytime, we discovered a hotel worker leaving our CLOSED room (he explained this intervention by checking for hot water). After this meeting we immediately checked our bags, money and recognized that around 200 USD was stolen! For our claims regarding this situation Hotel administration answered that it is not possible that their worker stayed into the room. I am suggesting that they are in cahoots.

Terrible attitude to the clients and as a result awful mood for the whole long-awaited vacation !!!

Dear travelers, be careful !!!

Showed up solo and the staff was top notch at arranging whatever I asked for. From dinner reservations to massages appointments to other adventures. Special thanks to concierge Marie for keeping on top of all of this. Time well spent at Zenses.

Pros: Gorgeous rooms and grounds. The pool is lovely and always quiet. The hammocks over the pool are so relaxing. There’s only a small number of rooms, so even when it’s fully booked there aren’t many guests in the common areas. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. There are bikes you can use to ride around town. The staff are friendly.
Cons: There are no yoga classes, and no wellness centre or spa, so the name of the place is quite deceiving. Bottled water and toilet paper in the rooms doesn’t get restocked for some strange reason, so every day you need to awkwardly go to reception and ask. There are (very loud) constructions taking place next door which start at 8am sharp every morning - they are building a new resort, so I imagine this will be ongoing for quite some time. At times it is like they are jack hammering inside your room. Good motivation to get out and explore, but not good if you wanted a relaxing day at the hotel.
