We have stayed here for 3 nights and have really enjoyed it, the food has been great and we have been well looked after by the waiting staff, special mention to Alain for being so helpful. Only downside to our stay was all the seaweed in the water and on the beach.

The Be Tulum is, hands down, the most incredible place I have ever stayed on vacation. As a saver, I was very hesitant to splurge on this hotel, but it was worth EVERY penny! My wife and I stayed here on our mini-moon in the Ocean Suite with a private roof deck and pool, and everything about the room, as well as the grounds, was an absolute dream. We got to wake up to a beautiful unobstructed sunrise, watching from the roof, on my 30th birthday, which is a moment I will never forget. The food was some of the best food I have ever eaten, and coming from New York City, that is saying something! Included in the cost of the room is a free breakfast for each guest, and we could not believe how much was included in that and how good it was! No continental breakfast with dry eggs here! The Mezcalaria was also really fun for us. We love mezcal and I think we managed to try every offering on the list haha. We also got to eat at Ocumare, which is essentially a Michelin star meal for a fraction of the cost, with none of the stuffiness that you might find elsewhere. The service across the board was incredible; everyone we spoke with whether to order food, drinks, bring up a bottle of water or towels, or just ask for suggestions for things to do, were so kind and knowledgeable and were all a joy to talk to. We also were lucky enough to be able to visit the Yaan Wellness Spa, which was the icing on the cake. The services were incredible, the facilities were clean and uncrowded, and it was exactly the relaxing experience that we both needed after planning a wedding. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Be when you are in Tulum. You will not regret it!

My husband and I stayed in Be Tulum after it was recently renovated. We stated in a Tierra Suite with plunge pool, one of their newest suites. Beautiful room, no TV as expected. What we didn't really like was that this room being an upgraded suite is close to the reception area #Villa 25. Also there is no fence; it is just vegetation that separates the little outdoor area to the rest of the hotel. They should definitely put a bamboo fence (echo friendly) to give more privacy since you are literally across the front desk.

Food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing!

The beach area is spectacular! they have all kinds of lounge chairs and what I loved the most was the DJ; his music was fantastic!!!

The only con was the seaweed, it was a shame that we barely could make it into the water. The good thing is that this is one of the few resorts that has a pool and we also had our little plunge pool in our room.

The Spa across the street was fantastic as well.
Service is good not amazing but I guess everything in Tulum is a little bit more relaxed...

Be Tulum is a perfect mix of the Tulum vibe with the confort of AC, pool, etc.

We travelled through Mexico and we stayed on our last days in this hotel. We were amazed! The whole site of this hotel is just breath taking. I loved how the rooms and the whole place smelled. The beach was another surprise for us. Allover were these cozy areas to sit or lay down even on the beach. The restaurant was delicious. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. We definitly come back to relax on this gorgeous site.

Going to Tulum means that you will have a different kind of holiday, misture of luxury and hippie relax environment.
Be Tulum is an excellent hotel, with the service of a proper 5 star luxury hotel. Don’t miss a trip to the restaurant. The only less good thing, which is a typical of Tulum, is the privacy of the rooms with private pools...
