I’m writing this review on day 1 of our trip because I’m so blown away at the amazing service we are receiving. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted, bags were disinfected, temp was taken, as well as a foot bath and hand sanitizer. Very safe and clean resort. I’m here with a friend celebrating my 30th birthday and while we were in the lobby checking in, they played a birthday song over the speakers, sang to me and brought me a bottle of champagne. This is before even making it to the room! We had a nice dinner at the Japanese restaurant and then hung out at the main bar til closing. The bartenders and servers were all fantastic and made me feel special. Special thanks to Aaron, Oscar, and Delfino for going above and beyond. Making delicious drinks, specialty fire shots, surprised me with more birthday songs and a special cake, and even made us to-go drinks. I truly felt like a queen. When we made it back to our room we noticed that the staff had snuck in and created a 3 tiered birthday cake out of towels, with balloons and confetti all around. Seriously, this is the most thoughtful staff and I am blown away at this incredible service. I couldn’t get this review up fast enough.
