This place has been a favorite due to the view and the food is pretty good, especially the desserts. The portions are great and we usually get the grill with all of the different seafood. Pretty close to the hotels in the hotel zone, not too bad of a walk, but i do recommend going during the day or get a car for nights. Going again soon...

Both the lobster and shrimp were way over cooked. Steak was very tasty but his is supposed to be a seafood restaurant. Make sure you have the cab drop you off right in front of the restaurant. Otherwise you have to walk down an alley which my Wife wasn’t thrilled about.

Although they tried to up-sell us when ordering water for the table ($10 USD or so for Evian even though small Mexican purified water was fine), they gave us complimentary first round of margaritas (apparently, Aloft Hotel where we stayed for a night was suppressed to give us a coupon), and the food was great. Also great view of beach. Ceviche was huge. Everyone loved what they ordered. Total price for 8 (including 2 small children) was about $180 including tip.

An oasis from the strip activity, Full of locals from staff to guests, bilingual menu and top notch bilingual service, felt like in a 5 stars restaurant but not expensive for the quality (and overwhelming quantities, be careful on that front). By the water, a bit scary to access if you walk there as you need to go through a dark empty parking but it worths it. kids friendly. Great affordable wine selection, live jazz singer...terrifically fresh and well presented seafood dishes, spectacular tastes...we ate all across Yukatan from Cancun to Tulum, including Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel, and that night will remain in our top memories. Maybe some were not lucky and going on a busy time, but we were lucky, finding this place almost by pure luck :)
