The all-inclusive resort is nice however we still bring cash for tipping our favorite staff for better service. Visited during the hurricane so grateful for the 3 days of sun shine when other areas saw NO sun. Rain was insane from hurricane which ended up flooding our room at night as wind blew water through the door cracks.

The best hotel Ive stayed in so far in Mexico. The service is a 100% good!!!! So clean from the inside and outside! Cant complaint bout the breakfast. It was the best part. The food and everything. The server Garcia and Eduardo were the best servers I ever met. Always on point with the coffee and whatever we needed! Recommended!!

The place is quite old and needs maintenance. You Can see paint falling off from the ceiling in some areas and the mirror in the bathroom was full of stains.

The food had a dull taste and I don’t know why liquors tasted like water. The worst part was the hospitality room (showers offered for guests to shower after check out). They smelled awful and it appeared as the lockers have never been cleaned.

This hotel is far from being a deluxe all inclusive and it is more oriented to the consumer that focuses on quantity and not quality.

This place is from the late 80’s or so. Food is average at best, drinks are in little juice cups, service staff really needs to learn about taking the word no out of their vocabulary. Room service is fair. Place is dated and rooms are not the best. Trash from room service is everywhere. I was pissed on the dress code and the way they handled it. Night manager Alejandro is not suited for job. The little Coronas in the fridge are filled once a day. How is that All Inclusive? My recommendation is to choose another updated All Inclusive where the word No does not exist. Try the Paradiscus instead.

We will let our friends and family know never to book a Solaris Resort because of our horrible experience!

We regret not meeting your expectations, and appreciate all your feedback that will help us improve our services. Our Veneto restaurant has a dresscode which is published in our official website, and also at cheap caribbean where yopu made your booking, at all times our staff tried to offer you a solution and explain the situation, but it is important to mention that none of our staff will tolerate insults and physical threatening from anyone, which you did to our night manager Alejandro and also to our Guest Service Coodinator Ana.

GR Caribe is next door to Royal Solaris which you have access to as part of the all inclusive. The food and bar choices are average with very few top shelf bar choice available for non member guests. The rooms, service, and cleanliness were good however our room was placed next to ongoing construction which was noisy during the day. For the money, I would not stay at this resort again.

Room Tip: The one bedroom suite has a couch cushion on a built in concrete couch...in my opinion not suitable for sleeping.
