This was my first all-inclusive experience and I was not disappointed. The staff at Las Palmas are extremely friendly and provide outstanding service. The resort maintains a very large staff who are dedicated to the customer experience and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. The hotel is an older resort and the only downside is the rooms. There isn't much positive to say about the rooms other than that they are clean. There are no fridges, no dressers, not even one table lamp to read by at night. Fortunately, the pools, the beach, the well-organized activities for children during the day and for adults at night make it a fun experience. If you don't plan on spending much time in your room, go ahead and try this resort. It is fun and friendly and clean! I would also commend the Tour Representative Ricardo who was available and supportive to all.

We are on our last day at Las Palmas. Service has been wonderful! From breakfast to lunch to dinner all wonderful! Food was good, they have an omelet bar for breakfast as well as normal breakfast food. Seems like they have enough staff to accommodate, never had to wait on anything. There is no swim up pool bar but they have the best pool waiter I’ve seen, Guadalupe. Never had to wait on a drink at the pool and sometimes he showed up with drinks before we even asked! Pools are also heated which is nice, not many resorts have heated pools. Rooms are old, but clean and beds and pillows are comfortable. AC worked fine. Please tip the staff they work hard to give you the best stay. It makes me sad to see people not tipping at all. Don’t be a jerk. They have 3 beautiful parrots at the entrance that interact with everyone. Checkout is 11-12 and if you want to stay longer it’s $200 pesos per hour for AI amenities. The only complaint I have is security removed our towels from our chairs when we went to eat breakfast. I will definitely be back to this resort!!
