No Covid in Hautulco still many places are not open. Staff was excellent, rooms were nice and clean but furniture was scarce and broken. This complex is spread out and on a steep hill. It was necessary to take a shuttle to the beach, main buffet, and reception.More

Everything about this classic resort is spectacular. We especially liked the Vegas style dinners shows every night. The meals and drinks provided by the various on-site restaurants were delicious and healthy options were always available. The staff members were always friendly and helpful. The response to every "thank you" was "para servirle." BTW, this is a great place to practice your Spanish, because no one tries to speak English to you like most of the places North American tourists go. This place is one of those hidden gems that is not well known outside of the Mexican nationals who know that the Oaxacan beaches are second to none when it comes to planning a vacation. I would highly recommend Park Royal to my friends who are looking for a spectacular beach getaway, and who want a more authentic cultural experience than the other, more well-known tourist destinations provide.

Overall was ok I like the place the only problem that I encounter was that they were taking way too long to serve and to help you on the non-buffet restaurants. The rooms and view was really good swimming pools were clean and fun the snack bar was really good with a great variety of food and drinks.

They were so kind and had fun activities for us to do! We played catch baby, water aerobics, had dance classes, and many other activities everyday! Super fun group and kept the hotel exiting and entertaining!

This was our 3 vacation staying at the Park Royal, Huatulco in February, we stayed for three weeks this time. The Hotel is very clean and grounds are well kept. Lots of upgrades happening at the resort as well. We absolutely Love our room, Royal Master Suite the views are stunning, the room is spacious and balcony is large with lounge chairs for you to enjoy. The staff at this resort are lovely especially Soledad she is the best bartender, so kind and thoughtful and makes a great cocktail, along with Franco who works either at the al a carte or the buffet, we love coming back to see these wonderful people. Lots of walking at this resort but it's well worth it. Just choose a room 7th floor and above so you can enjoy the great sea views, all rooms face the ocean. The weather in Huatulco is HOT and NO RAIN. AMAZING!!!! See you next year
