I rented a car from Enterprise biggest mistake I ever made. Will never rent again from Enterprise anywhere. First the staff was rude, obnoxious and didn't help at all and they lied to me and cost me more than 120 USD in taxi fairs for a car they didn't have couldn't provide. NEVER AGAIN.

I would never recommend this place!
I booked through Expedia for 7 days and paid for full coverage and it also came with the Limited Liability Coverage included. They told us that Expedia didn't give us the correct insurance and we had to pay $28 USD a day for extra insurance with a $500 USD deposit. Or pay $14,000 USD if we declined their insurance. I felt very scammed and swindled. That person's name was Savior.

I was also in a car accident, a car hit us while we were at a full stop at an intersection in Playa del Carmen. Long story short, we called the Enterprise office and they told us to call the insurance office and they would handle it. The insurance office didn't speak any English so we had to call the Enterprise office back to translate. We ended up going to the police station for no reason given to us as of why. There was a policeman that spoke English, he told me in very few words what was going on, the whole situation lasted about 8 hrs. The person that hit us gave our insurance agent $9,000 Pesos for the damage.
The Cancun Enterprise office advised us to go to the Playa del Carmen office to return our car and get a new one even though we were staying in Cancun ( 1 hr drive). When we got to the Playa del Carmen office (30mins to find) they told us to go to our hotel and they would bring us a new car. Driving back to Cancun they advised they would be at our hotel in 4 hrs.. So we went back to Cancun they told us they would actually be there in 30 mins so we waited in our hotel room for another 4 hrs. So unorganized!! Enterprise rep we were dealing with Ivan.

Bringing the car back to the Cancun Airport the drop off process was so crazy! People standing everywhere and we had no clue where to even go! I complained to the manager about the whole situation and requested our money back for the insurance. The insurance agent received money in full for damages so why would I even need more insurance then we already had.. The Enterprise manager said " Expedia just wants to sell, they don't care about you. Next time book through Enterprise". I didn't like anything about this whole experience! All in all I think this place is such a scam! Never rent from Enterprise in Cancun!
