“Extremely well appointed flat ideally situated for Sussex coast”
Reviewed 30 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Really lovely flat with a flexible layout that suited the three of us fine. Spotlessly clean with everything you could want for self catering. The layout meant that our teenage son had his own area with TV and separate bathroom. 5 minutes from the beach and then flat walks to Littlehampton (one hour) or Worthing (two hours). Buses every ten minutes make the return journey easy and stop 5 minutes walk from the flat. Also ideal for touring by car with Arundel, Chichester, etc all within 30-45 minutes drive. The owner meets and greets personally, showing where everything is, and how it works, and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. A really good week for a very reasonable price.

“Immaculate, well situated apartment perfect for a family”
Reviewed 21 May 2014 for a stay in May 2014

We really enjoyed our visit to East Preston and were extremely impressed by the apartment. Angela was very accomodating and helpful through the booking, arrival and departure process. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable for a family of four with two young children. All the little touches really contributed to our stay - from the games, children's DVDs, books, and the well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful new grocery store within a short drive, and lots of walking distance pubs, restaurants and of course the beach!
We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again.

“Lovely apartment - well maintained and in a great location.”

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in this area of East Preston.

The apartment is bright and clean and clearly well maintained. The furniture and other contents in the property have obviously been thought through rather than a mismatch of odds and ends like many other holiday homes ! All mod cons are provided - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer. There is a communal garden with a summer house and garden furniture to use and off street parking.

It is in a great location and you can get about without a car easily.........
It's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station if you wish to go further afield - London is about an hour away on the train.
Only a 5 minute walk to the clean beach. It is a pebble beach but still keeps the kids happy !
A stroll to a well looked after play park for younger children.
Local shops, restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes walk away and a large Sainsbury's has also opened nearby for larger shopping trips.

The apartment itself is in a quiet street and I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples and small families. It is on the first floor (there is only ground and first floor) so if you have a heavy pram for children it may not be ideal. I used a lightweight buggy so was able to manage easily up and down the small flight of stairs.

The owner also deserves a special mention for the way the property is maintained and a generally great attitude towards assisting visitors.

If we are ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

“This property has all you need for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable break, with everything you need.”
Reviewed 18 September 2013 for a stay in August 2013

We would not hesitate to recommend this property to all our friends. Booking was easy, the owners could not be more helpful, and the property has everything you need. We stayed for a fortnight and enjoyed the whole experience. Certainly one of the quietest, cleanest and well equipped properties we have ever rented. We would not hesitate to go back.

“great location with or without own transport”
Reviewed 16 June 2013 for a stay in June 2013

the bright and clean flat is located in a quiet lane but close enough to public transport. Ideal for a
couple or a family (albeit upstairs flat so not suitable for prams) as there is ample space and 2 bathrooms and 2 Tvs.
It was our second visit and hope to return again soon
