I experienced unprofessionalism and hostility from the hotel staffs. Not inviting and helpful at all!
And for the second time I booked the spa treatment with no avail, no one really follows up on guests!

A dream come true for my daughter. She has always wanted us to bidit the place so I made yhd nookinb for mother and weekend gateway. We enjoyed everything though wish we had more days. We will definitely vome back for another weekend in summer

The rooms are magnificent, service exceptional. The Hotel is situated so conveniently between access roads to the biggest malls and the airports.
When the times get tuff the Spa is all you need to relax. Bravo!

When entering this property, you are welcomed by the black and white tiles, interior that's inviting.One of the most beautiful properties I've ever been. Luscious green garden, inviting smell, pockets of private sitting in the garden. This property will blow you away, and it comes with excellent service

Delicious lunch. Badly served. From dirty lipstick stained glasses for wine. Sushi salad served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil instead of soya sauce. Long periods of time before a waiter could be attracted to our table. Knife lying near another table with numerous waiters just walking past. We were told that the wine which we didn’t finish would be at reception waiting for us, wasn’t there. Reception had to hunt around to locate it. Wonderful Maitre d’ and the Chef produced lovely food which was spoiled by poor service.
