The room was spacious but the AC was leaking and bathroom mirror has dark spots. The view from my balcony was really nice. The specialty restaurants are good but we had to spend like 1.5 hours for most dinners. The buffets are quite good too.

We were a little hesitant based on all of the negative reviews, however, we had an amazing experience. We stayed five days with a group of friends. Yes, there are some restrictions due to COVID as the locals do not yet have access to the vaccine. We considered ourselves lucky that we are able to travel freely with less restrictions, so the inconvenience of wearing a mask when ordering a drink at the bar was hardly noticed. The staff and service were excellent, always going out of their way to ensure everyone was having a good time. The entertainers kept everyone dancing and busy by the pool. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place this is more upbeat and fun music during the day. The food was decent in the buffet with a great variety, and the restaurants were very good - so much food, all the time. You can order drinks 24/7 - bring a large cup to fill up and keep cold, and they will make it as strong as you want. There isn't much shopping nearby so we would go to Atlantis for that. Overall a great trip, no complaints!

Room tip: Rooms not facing the pool are quieter

If you are looking for the best bang for your buck, stay here! I was very hesitant to book after reading previous reviews but I went in optimistically and was pleasantly surprised.

IGNORE WHAT WAS SAID ABOUT 1) check-in...it literally took 5 minutes 2)elevators, they were up and running perfectly. 3) dinner-yes they should take reservations but when we went at 8pm, we didn't wait longer than 5-10 minutes at ANY of the restaurants to be seated 4) COVID Testing- also took 5 minutes we went towards the end of the day and not when they just opened 5) DRINKS WERE STRONG :)

Pros- THE BEACH was my favorite part. Beautiful beach, not too crowded, gorgeous water and great location. We mainly chilled here because the party scene at the pool was fun but really only for one day. The service was great especially one of our bartenders at the pool bar, food above average, rooms clean, great view from balcony

Cons- This is a SMALL All Inclusive. I did not like the night life. The club is dark and dingy and kind of sad. They need to maximize their beautiful location and have at the very least an outdoor bar open until 10/11pm. Would have loved beachside drink/snack service, who wouldn't? Wish I could have paid one of the hagglers $50 for the day to just run back and forth for me. Gift Shop- I love buying stuff at gift shops they should have one

Overall, I would recommend this resort for friends ESPECIALLY a Bachelorette Party or girls getaway! Its so perfect for that. As a couple, I would not stay here again but that's just because I would have preferred a more romantic setting. But again, for the value (and a kid in day care) it was just what we needed! We got to soak in all of the Bahamian vibes (and drinks) without spending thousands of dollars just for our hotel room. Saved us lots of $$ in the end and we got to be in The Bahamas on Vacation!

Boy do some of you really like to complain! Please do not cancel your trip over some of these extremely petty reviews. While some of the minor things like the scent in the lobby (which you can also smell over at the Atlantis just an FYI) and the size of the pillows (meant for dwarves) were spot on, a lot of you chose to overlook the true value that you and your group can get out of this place! We had a great time and thought the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The activity coordinators especially went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time. We definitely felt as though we got what we paid for by coming to this all inclusive resort. I would however recommend a shorter stay here because by the last day we were a little exhausted with the pool and the hagglers at the beach. Along with the food (which was average but NOT horrible). Problem was easily solved with a quick drive over to the Atlantis village for some shopping and dinner! Bottom line is- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! This place is just starting back up again post pandemic and requires some patience/understanding.

Room tip: Cold cups for drinks and cash for tipping

If I could give this so called resort a zero, I definitely would. Please don't waste money or time. The hotel is in disrepair and smells horrible. The staff at the restaurants are RUDE and arrogant. They don't care about the comfort of the guest. The staff at the hotel talk down to guest. This place is not worth a second look. The entertainment is not to the level of a cheap cruise. Most of our group went to other resorts to have a good time. This a big fat dump. The pool area is trash. The food is atrocious. The decor is outdated.

Room tip: Don't come. Avoid this place.
