“Perfect location, great property!"”

We were so pleased that we chose the Conch Pearl as our home base while visiting Provo! The location was perfect! It's within walking distance to the marina and many good restaurants. We felt like we had our own private beach right outside our back door and we could snorkel at Smith's Reef by walking 10 minutes down the beach. The pool and tennis courts were great, and we found we spent most of our time on the screened in porch or on the chairs down by the beach enjoying the beach. We had 6 adults in our group and we were all comfortable in the large house. The kitchen was well appointed and there were lots of water toys to play with including two glass bottom kayaks. What a hoot! We did have to break down and use the air conditioning in two of the rooms in the evening as it was hot. We would have loved a screen door on the master bedroom so we could leave the door open for a breeze without having to worry about Mosquitos! Speaking of Mosquitos, make sure you bring bug repellant. You'll be glad you did! Finally, we had an issue with a ceramic Buddha that we broke while playing in the pool. The owners were very understanding and we were able to resolve the issue fairly. Much appreciated. Overall, we feel that this was the best location on the island and we very much enjoyed our stay!

From the very moment you open the gate you are transported to the house of your dreams. You can see the nature and the pleasant swimming pool on your left and the tennis court on your right. Open the house door and you get impressed with the quality of the people that work here, nice and friendly, they gave us a tour and show us what to do and how to get things if we need it. 3 rooms that easy can sleep 10. The kitchen is more than big and very well equipped. Living room with stereo and nice tvs on every room. Have a nice dining room and the grill next to the swimming pool that is the best to share time with the friends or family. The beach is all yours, we just saw 3 people riding horses twice a day and it was really nice. Calm blue water for us to enjoy time alone at the beach and as I read from my previous review had the kayak and the friendly man helping us with it to the beach. One of us was pregnant and she could do it without help. We could have a chance to explore the city one day and night and it was really nice. Had to drive on the other side of the road but other than that have to say that I absolutely will try to come back with my husband and family. We could stay in the house and not even notice what happened outside but the exploring was part of the trip. My friends and I had the most amazing time at the Villa. Hope we can come back anytime soon.
All the house is very equipped. You can actually come with the bikini only, and your groceries, the rest is on the house. :D

“The perfect place in Paradise”
Reviewed 23 May 2013 for a stay in May 2013

Our group of five stayed at the Pearl Conch from May 4th, 2013 through the 11th. This beautiful and spacious home sits directly on the beach. Wow...what do you say about a home that offers a person everything his or her heart desires? Sweeping views of the coastline, Grace Bay and the ocean. Sand that is user friendly, not overly coarse. The property is stocked with all manner of beach and water toys, two kayaks and bikes. There is a yard man that arrives every morning, tell him you want the kayak or the bikes and he'll get them out for you, he'll even carry the kayak down to the beach for you. My husband and I did bike to the Green Bean Coffee House one morning for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. It took about ten minutes. There are other eateries within walking distance as well. We tried Baci's (which I cannot recommend) and Shark Bites, which we enjoyed.
Andrew is the property manager. He will greet you upon arrival at the home and explain everything. Pay close attention to tv, Internet access, stereo, air conditioner and alarm instructions. If you have any troubles or concerns Andrew is never far away and seemed comfortable with interruptions. A trip to the grocery store for basics to include toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, ect., before arriving at the home is also recommended. A note of warning; this is an expensive island, a case of American beer cost us $70!
We made full use of the pool which has a curvy slide, waterfall feature and patio lounging furniture, all in good working order. And clean. The yard man keeps everything swept up and tidy. I loved stepping outside and smelling the Plumeria tree that grows by the pool. Heaven! We also made good use of the covered grill and sitting area after a successful day of fishing. My husband and I also spent some time on the beach at night star gazing, which was quite fantastic given the lack of city lights.
There was no one staying at the sister property, the Reef Pearl, during our stay so I cannot speak of how all that works. It is a very large property. Just know that the sister property is there; actually quite perfect for a large group of people, perhaps a wedding party, to spread out between the two separately contained and very private homes.
I would highly recommend this vacation villa. It is clean, well attended, centrally located to everything...it seriously has it all. Vacationing to an extreme.
