“Perfect accomodation”
Reviewed 11 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We have been to Porthmadog for many years and stayed on Greenacres, but this year decided to have Deflan after finding it on the net, and we wernt disappointed, everything we could want and more than we have in our own home, all amenities first class, crockery and furniture of best quality, good access to all areas of Wales too.

Thank you so much for this lovely review. We try hard to make Delfan as comfortable as possible so reading reviews like this makes the hard work worthwhile.

“Lovely bungalow in quiet location surrounded by beautiful scenery”
Reviewed 29 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

This was our first stay in Delfan but definitely won't be the last. It is spacious, clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private garden at the rear, it is ideal for a peaceful holiday. Very close to the beach, and in the town of Porthmadog (just 10 mins by car) there is the heritage railway - well worth a trip - and if sightseeing by car there is spectacular scenery a short drive away. Perfect.

“Wonderfully peaceful”
Reviewed 10 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Second time I have stayed in this clean spacious well equipped bungalow. If it is peace and quiet you want this is the place. We had three young adults in our party and they were quite at home. Location for all their extreme sports was perfect and lots of quiet peaceful walks for the rest of us. Looking forward to visiting again very soon.

“Perfect location and very well appointed”

Absolutely delighted to have found this treasure of a property. It's spotless, extremely well appointed and in a great location - quiet, but near to all the essentials - we felt at home from the moment we got there! It's clearly been renovated recently and they've done a really thorough job. Great to be so near to the beach, which we went to most days, but also plenty of other things to keep us occupied when the weather was less than favourable. We will definitely be back!

“Excellent choice!”

year, finding on our search this lovely 3 bedroom bungalow in the seaside village of Morfa Bychan, near Porthmadog.
Everything was as the description given, quiet, spotlessly clean, well appointed with all the facilities needed for a perfect break.
The centre of Porthmadog is very close by, taking about 8 minutes in the car, 40 mins walking. There are some fantastic beaches within the area allowing for all the usual water bourn sports although we preferred to just walk the sands!
Also on hand are a great selection of local pubs serving a variety of local foods and beers.
We made several day trips to an assortment of various points of interest, Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon, Menai Bridge, Bangor, Llandudno, Anglesey, Barmouth and Aberystwyth.
Just one negative, the lack of a good wi-fi connection which we believe was due to poor local supply.
All in all a good choice!
