Thursday night is their Farm to Table family style dinner, and I would recommend getting reservations as fast as you can if you'll be on Grand Cayman on a Thursday evening. Luigi and his crew create the menu based upon what fish is caught that day, and what fruits and vegetables are available at the Farmers Market. We started with fresh pressed mango juice with lime and ginger. Next we had a butternut squash soup, coconut ceviche, arugula salad, a tomato flatbread, more butternut squash, green beans, black snapper with a mango salsa, and a mango divinity for dessert. It's mango season, and the mango prevalence did not disappoint! The company was delightful and Luigi's love for his country, and sharing the best of it makes for a fabulous dining experience.

Luigi put together an amazing farm to table experience. Wine paired with black snapper, fresh local fare, and amazing company.

Family night to celebrate a few birthdays in the month of March. I was told the food was good but it was not good, it was Excellent. Our family loves to take pictures but we were so busy eating and enjoying the food none of the 11 members of our family had time for pictures. The escovitche coconut was off the chain. The calaloo rice was so good we almost finished it before the tuna made it to the table. Fresh food from the local farm straight to the table taste like no other. We are definitely going back as a family. The entire meal from start to finish was TASTY!!

Delicious! So yummy. Best food ever. Don't hesitate - go check out the Farm to Table dinner. Creative, inspired, but never haughty or sparse. Full of flavour, fantastic company, and lovely oceanside location.

We went for the Thursday night Farm to Table family style meal and it was incredible. Seriously, we ate at Eric Ripert's Blue at the Ritz two days earlier and my wife and I agreed that the food was better at Cayman Cabana. I know what you are thinking...no way but in my mind it isn't even close between the two. Blue was more cutting edge and showed incredible technique with the ingredients but I will take food cooked with love over food cooked with technique any day. Luigi was an incredible host and so knowledgeable about the food, the island, and Cayman culture. Everyone in our group agreed that it was the most fun we had on the island. You can bet that if we ever make it back to Grand Cayman, Cayman Cabana will be one of our first stops.
