Sitting in the garden is my favorite way to spend time eating exceptionally prepared food and experiencing magnificent service. It is a pleasure to eat at the best "farm to table" restaurant on the island - the Brasserie. I always feel pampered and well cared for keeping my food allergies in mind when the team prepares and serves our food. Quality food and friendly, attentive service. Highly recommend!

A truly wonderful experience. The decor is beautiful the wait staff are friendly and attentive and the food is simply outstanding. From start to finish a wonderful meal. We had the three course special tasting. The pumpkin soup was rich and delicate, the zucchini fritters were done to perfection. The entree was the snapper with a thick super crisp skin on a smoked tomato broth - simply the best snapper dish I have ever had - bar none. And it was our anniversary and dessert was served with happy anniversary inscribed in chocolate along the bottom of the plate - a nice touch and the dessert was amazing. Wonderful and memorable evening. Without a doubt a must try and we will be back every time we are in Cayman. Thank you to the chef and staff!!! 10 stars!!!

This was one of the few food place we really enjoyed on our trip to the Grand Cayman. Food was delicious and service were great! They are only open Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday are reserved for private events. We were kindly greatly by the server and sat promptly. We came during the low season and off peak time (3pm), so we were the only ones in the seating area besides some patrons at the bar.

We ordered the Fish Soup, Grilled Cheese w/ jam, Fish Cakes, and Pasta (they let us order a half serving). Everything was delicious. For dessert, we did the trio of ice cream. WOW! Every flavor was we got was great (Honey, Soursop, and Banaofee). Do yourself a favor and come here for lunch or dinner. We only wish they were open on the weekend, so we could have came back!

We ate inside in a dark room. Our waiter was wonderful and very helpful with our dietary restrictions. They provided thinly sliced fried breadfruit as gluten free crisps for our table, which were very good! We were there on Burger Night, so while this is a fine dining restaurant, it was also unpretentious. We had the burgers, red snapper and the NY Strip. Homemade ice creams and sorbets for dessert. All were very good!

I have eaten in most of the best restaurants in Grand Cayman for one reason or another but my most recent experience at The Brasserie tops them all. I had the snapper cervice with the dragon fruit to start which was out of this world! I also had the carrot risotto, the veggie option, but honestly I didn’t miss the meat element ONE bit. Our server was Charli, a super friendly, knowledgeable English girl who gave us the best advice on wine pairings and entertained us to no end. What a wonderful evening, we will be back no doubt, perfect setting and very attentive staff. 5 stars!
