I love the sushi here and often order extra so that I can take it back to our villa for next-day eating. The setting is good along the waterfront and the food is of a high quality. Presentation is gourmet cuisine so dont expect big portions. Most of the service is good but we have once or twice had service where they have got our order wrong and had to redo it. This restaurant is always very busy, sometimes too busy in January so worth booking.

We went to The Edge on recommendation, but wish we hadn't. We only had main courses and a couple of Pitons, but still this cost over 200 EC. The restaurant location is excellent, right overlooking the water. It's just a shame that the food wasn't up to scratch. It was too fussy and definitely not value for money! Go for a drink to see the place, as it is really nice, but go if you like sushi and not a hearty steak.

We ate here twice during our stay in Rodney Bay. Once for lunch and then back for dinner another day.
I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is on the pricey side but worth the slurge! The Food was excellent, and the setting was also really nice as the edge of the water. The service was top notch too.
You will need to book, especially if you want to sit nearest to the water, if you don’t have the number, you’re hotel should be able to do it for you.

25 of us went to the Edge for my stepdaughter's wedding reception dinner after a fabulous wedding ceremony on the beach on Pigeon Island. We met very charming Chef Bobo Bergstrom a few days before to discuss the menu and he offered to send his boat to pick up the bridal party from Pigeon Island and bring them to the restaurant where we were all waiting on the lawn beside the restaurant drinking champagne and eating delicious canapes. For dinner we sat on a long table on the restaurant terrace right on the water's edge and it was quite magical. It is difficult to find enough superlatives to describe the 5-course tasting menu we had chosen with the help of Chef Bobo. Everyone raved about the food and several of our guests said they had never tasted food like it in their lives. The 5 courses had somehow turned into 8, with an amuse-bouche, a sorbet and another little delicacy being added in for good measure. Not only did the food taste sensational, the presentation was superb, the staff charming and attentive and the restaurant itself absolutely gorgeous. Of course all this comes at a price, but worth every penny for a special occasion. We really pushed the boat out with French champagne, expensive wine and the 5 course menu but there are plenty of options for a more modest evening with house wine and open-bar packages and 3-course menus starting at around $US50.

We really can't speak highly enough of this beautiful restaurant and we would recommend it unreservedly to anyone looking for a very special dining experience.
