We recently stayed at Coco Palm Hotel. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have encountered on any Caribbean island! The hotel is an oasis of great food service, lovely grounds, gorgeous pool area, delicious food and most of all a staff that goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed. The hotel is immaculately maintained, our room overlooked the beautiful pool and when there was live music at the bar, we could leave our balcony doors open and enjoy the Caribbean vibe Great view of the pool, by the way
We arrived pretty frazzled after driving to Gros Islet from the airport ( the roads are pretty rough ) and had to stop for directions to the hotel ( our fault- there is a plainly seen sign right in front of the hotel’s driveway). Once we entered the lovely lobby and were warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk, we knew we had chosen our hotel well
The hotel is spotlessly maintained and the pool area is someplace to relax, enjoy the gorgeous setting and sip a tropical beverage. The restaurant with outdoor bar is right next to the pool. Perfect!!
The food is delicious - we had dinner the night we arrived. Every day they serve a fantastic breakfast buffet complete with local specialities and omelettes made to order.
Pepe the travel specialist in the lobby was an angel sent to make our island visit so wonderfully enjoyable We booked a catamaran cruise that covered all the major attractions on the island with her recommendation and it was perfect advice
I had casually mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating , a little early, our fiftieth anniversary and when we returned your room after our island cruise, we found our room delightfully decorated with banners, flowers, champagne and cake!!!! Pepe was so incredibly sweet all of that. What a sweetie!!! She went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding.

Can't believe it's our last evening here 24 Feb 2018. The week has flown by! From arriving on 18th Feb this hotel is small compared to some on St Lucia but delightful in every way. Exceptional staff throughout the hotel, always smiling and happy to help.
Thank you for everything and especially sorting out my birthday trip to the Rum distillery and decorating our room, the wine and birthday cake...a lovely surprise!
The hotel food is of excellent quality and the presentation beautifully plated. Our room 323 overlooked the garden side of the hotel and was a very big room with a massive bed, lovely spacious indeed. There is too many staff to name individually but sincere thanks to each and everyone. My husband enjoyed the well stocked fitness centre and I the onsite spa with many treatments on offer. One little tip...don't worry about Eastern carribean dollars , just bring U.S dollars, they are accepted everywhere. We shall miss this place especially as we return to the cold weather ahead of us in the U.K!

A fabulous hotel. Clean, beautifully designed and decorated run by a committed and proud staff. Great bar serving good food and cocktails. Next to restaurants and near the beach. The guests are the focus of everything that goes on. A hotel with heart.

We stayed at a more luxurious facility on a different part of the island before coming to Coco Palm- we like to have different experiences. By comparison, there are limited activity and dining options here, but everything they have is very good and ALL staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There are some dining options within walking distance. Also know there is a pharmacy and grocery store only five minutes away. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk, depending on whether you opt for a shortcut versus the more traveled route. Lots of vendors and real restaurants on the beach- we've had no problems with safety but have received some cautions. Double beds provided rather than Queen sized should be a consideration so carefully check what your room offers, but that's the only minor complaint we have. Again, staff are exceptional and bring a good-to-very good facility up to the very good-plus range for the price.

The AI was worth the convience. The chef is really good and the food was really good and presented like a 5 star, I put on weight, had 3 course meals for lunch and dinner. Didn't have to worry about paying with the AI plan. The staff were nice and the resort is a small underrated gem. Very relaxing.
The AC in the room rattled and the safe didn't work but they sent up a mechanic and fixed it almost immediately
