We stayed at the Sandals Regency Le Toc in February of 2018. We stayed in the Butler Level -- the one bedroom. The property is beautiful, in two coves on the coastline. The first cove area has the main pool, restaurants and guestrooms, the second cove is up a hill and is the much quieter end of the resort. There is one main party-pool and two smaller quieter pools as well as the small but beautiful and clean beach.

The guest room was very clean with exceptional air conditioning and lots of hot water. The rooms were cleaned and refreshed a number of times a day and we would come back to have our butlers (Roger and Marcus) left us little surprises (hot bath w/ florals after our big Pitons hike, towel animals, beverages on ice). We never found it hard to escape the party vibe and relax. There are tons of places for peace and quiet, also tons of places for fun drinks and games. We loved our room. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the outdoor bathtub.

We had an outdoor couples massage on the first day of our trip that was one of the most wonderful experiences of the trip. It was so relaxing and listening to the waves was peaceful. Our massage therapists were both very very excellent.

The food was up and down as many of the reviews have stated but we liked the Pitons, Le Toc, the Pizzaria and Cricketeers the best. We live in NYC and realize we are very spoiled when it comes to food but the food on the resort was definitely good.

We did two really amazing excursions -- Hike the Pitons and Captain for a Day. They could have been the highlights of the trip, but so many things were highlights for us.

There are so many varying reviews on this site, but you have nothing to worry about with a booking here. Don't worry about cats, don't worry about the resort being run down, don't worry about the walking. It's all no problem. I would suggest booking a butler suite if you can swing that, as we found the real service came best from our butlers -- otherwise the care and attention was a bit up an down. Roger and Marcus made everything really easy and we were have to have them advising our stay, transportation, answering our questions. They were so great.

You will have an amazing time! Thank you Le Toc!

Room Tip: If you want fun and music and lots of people stay near the main pool. Otherwise, request something farther away.

Sandals Regency La Toc is old and needs some attention.
I am a avid workout person and have been most of my life. Main gym is in desperate need of new equipment and a Personal Trainer that you would actual want to book a session with. He is not the right guy. Also it would seem like a no brainer to not have both bikes down for repair at prime workout time of 7:30. Especially since neither gym has more then two ellipticals, two bikes, and two treadmills. AC in the room was not keeping the room cool and the last day there finally died all together. All though they did state they would move us the last night it was not worth it as I was told AC in other people's room was not keeping the rooms cool either.
Food was good to great at the restaurants we needed to make reservations for. Only exception was Kikomos, not worth the time to make a reservation. Food and staff were not good. La Toc and Kellys a must for reservations as the food was great. Walk in restaurant were your typical all inclusive. Only exception to that was the Pavilion which had a great Surf and Turf. Make your reservations for dinner the first day in, they fill up very fast.
Golf course is at best a typical county course I would play at in the states. Explains why its not busy and you can walk in seldom have to wait.
Be mindful where your room is located at La Toc. We had a very nice view of the ocean overlooking the pavilion. The Pavilion is where all the late night activities take place meaning it doesn't shut down before 11pm. With that noise and music your not sleeping till it shuts down. Out of the 3 the Grande Beach was great and we sucked up a second day and the 40 minute bus ride to the Grande just to go back to that beach. Halcyon Beach was very quiet and seemed very nice but we only were there for an hour and then dinner at Kellys. La Toc, wasn't much of a beach at all.
I have visited many Island and been to many all inclusive over the past 35 years. Maybe its just this Sandals but it was not much different then a typical all inclusive. I was told to try Sandals and it would be a step above the all inclusive, I did not come to that conclusion with this Sandals.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks at this Hotel, it was our first experience of an all inclusive holiday, we so much enjoyed our stay, we are almost certain to return to a Sandals Hotel in St Lucia next year.
The service was just wonderful, all of the staff were very helpful at all times, nothing was a problem, especially the Director of Customer service Raveen, who made our trip perfect with the trouble he went to in solving a very small problem that we had.

Room Tip: A room with balcony facing the sea.

Our seventh visit to this wonderful resort. Through the years it has never disappointed us. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the views are amazing. We were fortunate to stay in the suites on sunset bluff with private pool sanctuary and butler service. The butler service is highly recommended and our butlers Sydney and Don were, once again, amazing and a major reason we return to LaToc. The butlers make sure all of your wants and needs are fulfilled. We have had some substitute butlers over the years and can also recommend them: Ficus, Marcus, and Jesse although I think any of the staff would be great.
The restaurants are good, but the only one we would rate 5 star would be the French restaurant LaToc. We enjoy all of the restaurants on property. The resort also offers transportation to the two other Sandals on island. This year was the first we ventured over to Halcyon for dinner. The meal and the company of our butlers was marvelous for a birthday celebration.
At Sandals you can do a little or a lot depending on your desires. Our preference is to do little and relaxing around the pool with a cocktail is our preference for daytime activity. It was always nice to see Miguel at the swim up bar, it got to the point where he would have our drinks ready before we ordered. Kevie the lifeguard was also extremely helpful worth our chair and towel situation. We are not golfers, but this is the only Sandals with a course, and I just saw they opened a new Sandals course on the island near the 3 resorts. The beach is nice, but it seems that 3-4 days of the week the surf/undertow was too strong and this seems consistent for all of our stays in January.
Overall, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The resort is beautiful and we particularly love the views from Sunset Bluff.

We stayed at this property with three other couples we all stayed in different locations however the rooms were very nice. We stayed in the grand Lux category, our room was spacious, cool, clean and had a partial Oceanview which was nice but our room did not have a balcony. The staff were very nice anything that we asked for in our room they were helpful to get. We celebrated several birthdays and anniversary in our group which the staff made sure to recognize, which was really nice. This hotel is fairly large with many restaurants and a beautiful ocean view. If you’re staying on the bluff absolutely gorgeous sunsets. unfortunately our stay was during one of the hurricanes so we did not get to experience the beautiful beach but it looked awesome . There were a few hiccups with hotel reservations. Be prepared if you do not stay in concierge or Butler level that you will need to make your own reservations. Two of our reservations got lost which was inconvenient for our group but we managed and they try to accommodate as best they could. There is a shuttle to the other two properties the grand and Halcion however it does not start till 11 AM so if you want to spend the day at one of the properties and want to go early you may want to take a taxi which is reasonable $15. We had a wonderful time as a group all in all. If you get a chance make sure you do the Joe knows excursion it was so much fun and we met so many people (chocolate thunder was a great tour guide) it’s well worth the money. Scuba diving was great however if you stay at the Regency you have to take a shuttle to the boat. If you are scuba certified one wonderful thing about Sandals is that you do not have to pay to dive so you can dive as many times as you wish while you’re there. The diving is absolutely amazing if you’re a diver you have to make sure you get to dive in Saint Lucia. I have to say the staff at the bars And the swim up bars were so wonderful they really made your day extremely fun, get to know your bartender they will make sure your drink await you. This is a very beautiful property, I will post a few pictures.

Room Tip: We stayed in grand Lux, newly renovated w/ a partial ocean view. If you have the extra $$ stay on the bluffs it is absolutely breathtaking.
