Absolutely a great relaxing week. The villa was clean spacious with a spectacular view of the blue Caribbean. The private pool on the veranda was an added bonus. The staff were polite friendly and extremely helpful. We got locked out on the veranda upon our arrival by our 2 year old. She sat there and cried as she looked at us. The hotel staff sent someone on the spot to help us out. Great place for kids and family- recommend the all inclusive for food drink and activities. We would love to go back again. Thank you Ronette for being so nice to our daughter Charlotte!

Room Tip: Beautiful view

Words cannot begin to describe how much I love this resort. Everything is absolutely wonderful, from the main pool, to the amazing room they provided us, to the items on the lunch menu at Jammer's Restaurant.

We were greeted with a refreshing cold towel and a complimentary rum punch (although we had the option to select a non-alcoholic beverage) we opted to select the rum punch ~ after all, we were on a mini vacation.

We waited approximately 25 minutes for the room to be ready and it was definitely worth the wait. Room 302A was more than we anticipated. A Jacuzzi awaited us in our private balcony along with a large shower that was properly maintained. My only disappointment with the room was that the bed made noise when any sudden movement was made. Other than that, I had no complaints.

I want to take the time to send a special shout out to the lovely hard-working employees at Windjammer! Starting with Esie at the front desk. One of the groundsmen welcomed us with his hospitality. Although I cannot remember his actual name, I can never forget his alias "Cranberry". Ronnie at Jammers Restaurant was very helpful along with Dona and Donna. Its a pity that I cannot remember everyone else's name, but I do remember Michele who was very tremendous during the breakfast buffet. Thank you to the young lady working at the watersports area along with the gentlemen who were very welcoming and helpful when it came to water activities. I will never forget those doughnut tube-rides and kayaks.

There is a rule that says: never travel to the same hotel twice. I will say that I WILL BE GOING BACK TO WINDJAMMER!

PS: The all-inclusive option is the best option!

Room Tip: Hibiscus. 302A or 302B

I spent a week at the Windjammer with my boyfriend and it was spectacular! From the moment we arrived, our bags were taken out of our hands and replaced with a drink. The hotel staff reminded us that we are on vacation and therefore shouldn't be doing any work.

Upon arrival, we were offered the all inclusion package for food and drinks. I highly recommend doing this! The hotel is willing to work with you too. We arrived late afternoon Saturday and were set to leave the following Saturday morning. The hotel agreed to throw in the last mornings breakfast on the house.

All of the restaurants were amazing. We especially loved the Upper Deck where we ate filet mignon and seafood. Everything was delicious! I suggest eating at upper deck several times during the week. Reservations at all restaurants are easy to come by- just visit the front desk. Embers and Jammers were delicious- especially for lunch. Yummy salads, tacos, and so much more. The drinks at the bars were always strong and delicious! Breakfast was great. The omelet bar was the best! And mimosas were available daily!

Our villa was amazing. 3 stories with a plunge pool and many balconies. It was so spacious and clean. I especially loved the coffee maker and creamers. I enjoyed waking up, making coffee and bringing it out of one of the balconies to sip, read, and take in the ocean views! The villa had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen and dining room, and an outdoor kitchen table.

The shuttle service was quick and efficient. Just pick up the phone and a shuttle will be waiting within minutes!

There was a market on site with many snacks and food. We bought chips and dip and beer and champagne to enjoy by our little plunge pool. The market also sold tons of toiletries, sunscreen, and basically anything you would need.

Everything at this resort was perfect! The staff is extremely friendly! We loved every single day and we can't wait to be back!!

Spent 10 days here, stayed in Hibiscus villa which was really good. Had stunning balcony views and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very clean and well maintained. It had 2 good size bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Best thing is its location as the resort is VERY hilly and if you in the villas at the top you need to get the shuttle all the time which looks a bit of hassle, but the Hibiscus are just a small walk from the main areas and the beach.
The beach area is great with very calm water, a little stoney but perfect for cooling off. There isnt always a lot of shade as you have to rely on the palm trees.
There are 5 restaurants on site. We opted not to go all inclusive as had a kitchen in the apartment. The restaurants that are open in the evening offer a 'buffet' style dinner which is very good, but it is around £40 a head flat rate so this can work out a bit pricey for the 4 of you. There is a beach restaurant Jammers which offers a normal menu but it has same every night so this gets a bit limited. The same is for the pizza place 'pappa dons'. We ate in the 'top table' restaurant on last night which was excellent but very pricey.
There is a very small shop on site which is very limited on produce and is VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. They wanted £6 for a box of 20 tea bags and £30 for a bottle of Blossom Hill, this makes self catering a bit difficult. YTou are better off getting a taxi to rodney bay supermarket for $12 and stocking up as there very little choice for cooking in from the site shop which is a shame when you have a fully equiped kitchen.
The staff are all friendly, but the reception area is always busy and it felt like they are doing you a favour by them serving you. Also check your bill as we overheard many customers complaining they had been overcharged as had we.
On the whole a lovely resort and I would recommend.

Room Tip: Hibiscus as nearest to everything without having to get a shuttle.

Upgraded from apartment to a villa upon arrival at no extra cost, Staff extremely friendly and helpful - all look like they love their jobs and could not be any more outgoing towards us. We forgot our camera charger in the UK which was heartbreaking when we realised, but the staff went out of their way to find one for us to borrow (twice)! Food exceptional - every single meal. Could not say a bad word about the place. Absolutely loved every second and cant wait to return one day
