I was not sure really what to expect. I arrived late after flying in and working in the office all day. The room had a lot of space and was relatively clean. The furniture was a bit dated, not the most comfortable mattress but not bad at all. The restaurant was good at breakfast, food was plenty and tasted fine. The harbor view was nice.

Hotel has a nice view from the second floor, pool was clean. Overall hotel is good but not so clean. It is a good place to stay if you just want to relax and pay less for the stay. I rated 3 stars because the bar was not open in the mid day hours, and there was no food or anything to consume. Mini fridge on the room had no sodas or drinks or water either. Room overall is good not so ad, it was clean, some towels had stains on it but I can leave with that no big deal. 3 stars no more.

Camila & her Dad are charming and run a great hotel. I stayed for three week for work and felt like family. The food is great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleaning service is immaculate! The rooms has been nearly refurblished and mine had a balcony with a view. I had a wonderful experience here- thank you.
PS Only small detail is Barbara, the server at breakfast, is gruff and surly. I did not appreciate her manner, I am sorry to say.

Room Tip: Balcony if there is one available

Our room at Auberge Seraphine (301?) had a lovely balcony looking out over the harbor with cruise ship and sailboats and above the pond covered with egrets! It was very clean and included a refrigerator. The second story pool and sun area were great. We stayed 3 days and were able to walk to town as well as Vigie beach. Prices in restaurant seemed high, especially breakfast. TV reception for national championship (college football) was poor but Wifi good.

Stayed here one night before going to our week long rental. This a very clean, well kept, centrally located hotel in Castries. A quiet corner, on the harbor. There are good restaurants and good shopping in easy walking distance. The in-house restaurant is pretty good also. The service was friendly and on the ball. Although, we were there the day after New Years and the hotel was nearly empty of guests. A consideration for some is that it is three stories from the parking lot...and no elevators.

Room Tip: 303 & 304 overlook the harbor.
