There is a huge indoor patio, Oriental Store & beauty salon on the building. From the large swimming pool you can view the Condado Lagoon and the cruise ships.
Ceilings are ten feet high with designer lighting. GOURMET KITCHEN with european style cabinets, a quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a glass backsplash enhance the kitchen. SmartTV for you to watch TV on the ITALIAN LEATHER living room . BEACH is 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BLDG as well as all the most exclusive stores such as Cartier, Gucci, LV, Dior, Salvatore Ferragamo etc.
A gated parking space in the building can be added for a small additional fee ($12 per night) , even though we love animals NO PETS are allowed.
Last week of the year a minimum of 6 nights is needed.

The apartment is nice.
The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and quite nice.The bed was comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The only thing that was lacking, the shower. The shower did not work. Other than that, great choice!

Ernest I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at my property. On the check-in instructions I sent prior to your arrival it explained how the shower worked, all you had to do is to pull the ring where the water comes out, it will create suction and the flow of water will come up to the shower.

Great Location!
Great condo! Amazing location!! The pool was great, the AC was perfect, only with the shower had more water pressure (not the condos fault, building issue)! But will definitely stay again on our next trip to PR!!!!

I will definitely book this condo again!!!
I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday. The condo was amazing and the owner was really accommodating and super sweet! He helped me make the surprise trip really special and gave us an amazing rundown on the area's restaurants, shops and grocery store. It felt like home and it was a block from the beach! I can't wait to go back!!!

Weekend Getaway
Amazing location, when I tell you this place is smack dab in the middle of everything! Food, beaches, clubs... everything. It felt like home and was comfortable which was exactly what we were looking for. Gary set us up to have an amazing time in Puerto Rico, and we are truly grateful 😊

Great place to stay in Condado
Gary was wonderful! His description of the property and the neighborhood were spot on! He went above and beyond and recommended restaurants and places of interest - all of which were really good! The apt was clean and had everything we needed. The queen bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Gary is a great host!

Wonderful stay!
I don't know what else to say that has not already been said by other tenants!
It's a very large studio with a full kitchen in El Condado within walking distance of many restaurants, pharmacies, boutiques and the beach! It is located in a quiet and very secured old building undergoing renovations. Very clean with a very comfortable queen size bed, brand new air conditioning and secured parking is available at an additional cost but a lot cheaper than what is charged at hotels and private parking lots.
Gary is a super guy that will make sure you have an enjoyable stay and very organized.
Looking forward to going back to this place next year! Thanks Gary!

Condado condo rental
Great apartment close to all amenities. We loved the closeness to the beech and the walking distance to restaurants. Pool area was a nice place to relax and have a dip each day - it was never busy or crowded. The owner was very helpful in identifying local attractions and answering any questions we had. The photos posted are exactly what the condo looks like. Really, only negative we have to say about this place is that there was no window to open for fresh air. Other than that if you are looking for a well kept , clean, central apartment than consider this rental.

This apt is located right on Ashford Avenue in Condado, this is sort of like a 'Ocean Drive in South Beach' but at a smaller scale.
As soon as you place your foot outside you can walk everywhere, the best restaurants , clubs, casinos are waiting for you.
Conveniently located between the SJU International Airport and Old San Juan. A taxi should be around $18-$20 , there is a bus stop right in front of the building that for just about $.75 or $1.00 you can go directly to the Old San Juan in just 5-10 minutes. Plaza Las Americas which is the biggest mall in the Caribbean is just a 10 minute drive from the apt also.
Getting around
Condado is very accesible by foot, however once you are at the apartment you can take Uber everywhere. This is useful if you want to visit Plaza Las Americas (shopping center), Old San Juan, Isla Verde or even any other parts of Condado.

How to get there
From SJU airport its just about a 15 minute drive to Condado with regular traffic.
Once in Condado you can just explore it by foot , also you can take the bus from the apartment to the Old San Juan and back, this is the easiest method and the one I use if Im not returning too late at night. Also once you are in the apartment area you can use Uber to go around and even to go back to the airport on your departure day.

All trash should be left in the blue bins on the ground floor of the building, no dirty dishes should be left in the kitchen, failing to do so will result in a $75.00 charge from your deposit!!!!!!!!!
