With that said, please accept our sincere apology for not meeting your expectations. One of our goals is to provide a reliable and consistent service to our valued guests from the moment they arrive until boarding the flight back home. Based on your description we did not meet this goal.

Additionally, while we make no excuses for your encounter, allow us to clarify the process for our service. Upon arrival, once met by your VIP Representative, you are escorted through a dedicated line inside Immigration and Customs for our clients. For Departure, the service begins after standard airline check-in and then through Security Check before heading to the Departure Lounge. Whilst we are unable to skip these lines due to standard airport regulations, we try our best to expedite our passengers so that they can jumpstart their vacation on the island.
