First of all:
Thank you so much for the service which came from you all!! The entire stuff-people was so friendly, helpful and we felt so comfortable there!
The woman-barkeeper at the beach (unfortunately I have forgotten her name) she is such an angel!
And behind the bar, there was a very cool and fdieny barkeeper as well!
We had such a good time at Punta Cana, because of this hotel!❤ The drinks are much better than anywhere else before! The food as well!! The beach and sea are as clean as a bathtube! YOU MADE OUR HOLIDAY TO A WONDERFUL, UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!❤❤❤
My sister and I will recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a holiday in Punta Cana!

We had a wonderful time, our service was outstanding. Christian was our butler and he took great care of us, answered all of our questions! We had never been to the Royalton or Dominican, Christian took the time to explain everything, answer any questions and tackle any request we had. He was Outstanding! We spent a lot of time in the beach cabanas, we had amazing service from Mili and Luisa! Day after day, they remembered our favorites and took wonderful care of us! Christian went out of his way to decorate my daughters room for her birthday and even found us a pizza to celebrate. He made our spa appointments and collected our Covid tests - I could go on and on! We had a large spacious room but I thought maybe the beds and bedding needed replaced.

Our family stayed 7 days. The beach was nice as far as views. The drinks are watered down, even kids complained of juices and sodas tasting flat or mixed with water. The food was terrible. Waited 3 hours for our food one night at the Steakhouse. Finally found a bottle off their shelves and began serving myself. The COVID testing was a joke, they have no customer service and no care. They will promise results same day and will only let you make an appointment for the test one day prior to travel. This only causes more stress for your travel day. Prepare to be haggled by people trying to sell you crap even on the resort property. They will give you an empty apology and do nothing to fix the problem. The same will be a copy and pasted generic apology in this thread. Garbage hotel, save your money go somewhere that cares about their guests. Would not let us use our hotel credits so $600 down the drain!

If possible, we would sincerely appreciate it if you could contact us privately so that we can obtain more information regarding your case and give you a more accurate and better response. We genuinely care about our guests and their experience with us, and we do regret this unfortunate situation.

I have been coming to Royalton Punta Cana resort almost every year since it opened open about 8-10 years ago
The past experiences was nothing but awesome all along until I decided to come back again this time
From the very first day, it looked like I am stepping into a different resort.. service has deteriorated significantly.. even though I am a
diamond club member, I found no help booking my restaurants for every day dining until I had to speak to a manager .. struggle to find a spot at the beach, struggle to find a spot at the pool, struggle to find a table for breakfast.. different kind of guests than we used to see who doesn't speak except Spanish, they cut the lines in front of you and communicate with servers in Spanish who gave them priority. I had reservations made at Royalton Nigrel (Jamaica) in June which I am seriously considering canceling if the service will be the same
I would not recommend the resort to anyone who is looking for great service

Hotel is great, The drinks should have been a little stronger. Had an amazing time. Music at night should have been better. Room was great. The housekeeping was on point. did a great job. Pool is amazing. The activities were awesome. Victor the fitness trainer was amazing. Had everyone engaged. It was a lot if fun. Entertainment was good too. Thank you for an awesome time tho.
