My husband and I visited here recently as I’ve seen this as the top rated restaurant/bar in the city and also very close to where we live. It is located inside of the Intercontinental Hotel in the city center on the third floor. It has nice views although not the best I’ve seen for a restaurant in the city. The cocktails were nice and at an ok price with their happy hour deal, it was $15 for the two of us. The menu was generic, coconut chicken, hamburgers, tostones.... etc the atmosphere was nice although not spectacular. Chairs and lounges are generic plastic you would find at any nicer hotels pool area. We didn’t try the food as nothing really peaked our interest unfortunately in such a plain menu. The service was pretty good, although we needed to actually ask for the food menu as it was not brought unless by request. This would be a nice bar to visit on a very casual night out, not recommended if you want anything more special than that.
