My husband and I hosted our wedding welcome dinner/party at Bugaloe....BEST DECISION!!! We communicated with Kim, the Marketing & Events Coordinator, months prior to get everything booked. From the first email, Kim was a complete pleasure. She was responsive and very detailed. We had the event on a Thursday at 6:30pm for 50ppl. Bugaloe blocked off space closets to the water for our group...it was perfect. We had the buffet dinner that included chicken and grouper in a curry sauce. I’m still dreaming about that grouper and our guests are still talking about it. We always had 2-3 servers tending to our group. Drinks were GOOD! It was a perfect evening! Best way to welcome guests to Aruba!

We loved it so much we attempted to go back on Saturday night for dinner and drinks but they had karaoke going on...VERY different environment. It was super loud and overwhelming. All the patrons seemed to be having fun but we were hoping for the same chill vibe we expressed the 2 days prior.

Special thanks to Kim and the Bugaloe staff. We even had the pleasure of meeting the Owner, Ingrid, who also made us feel welcome. BUGALOE FOR THE WIN!

We had the pleasure of having Breakfast at the BUGALOE. Half of the building is on the beach the other half over the water. While we wait to be served, we looked at the sea water far and beyond where it seems as though the water appears to touch the sky and then our gaze focused on the deep blue crystal clear water besides us, for a moment we were hypnotized. It was serene, that was life at it's best.

Da wife and I stopped for dinner while celebrating our 25th anniversary on Aruba! It’s on De Palm Pier in Palm Beach. Right next to RIO. We got lucky and got a table out on the end of the pier just in time for sunset. My redfish was delicious. I think it was alive and swimming just a few hours earlier. The fries were good too. The veggies left something to be desired but then everything that doesn’t come from the ocean needs to be shipped onto the island. Da wife loved her quesadilla.

I can’t remember the milkshake like dessert we got but da wife was in heaven!

We got to watch a large day sail catamaran dock on the pier after dinner. Pretty sight.

Great place! Go!

Head the Grouper Wrap & Bugaloe Fries! The meal was fantastic but nothing compares to the fries! Loaded curly fries with meat, cheese, tomatoes & sour cream! To die for! Perfect place for lunch.

The first day in Aruba we found this place and needless to say, we visited it many times. The first day we met Sam (bartender from Holland) and had great conversations. He and the others on that afternoon gave prompt service, paid attention to your needs and overall great company! They also have this burger – never saw anything like it before – it had a hard boiled egg and bacon on it. I know it sounds weird, but it was damn good. The next day we had the pleasure of meeting a different bartender – JC. Again, another great add to the bar! The bar is on a “pier” offering great views from the Lighthouse to Divi Phoenix. Most nights there is entertainment also. Do give this place a try!
