Let me start by saying the property manager(s) were great. We were met at the property to find the property manager who showed us around. Not only was the house stocked with some paper products but they also had gotten enough stuff for breakfast for a few days with a lot of variety. We also had an issue with the A/C in one of the main bed rooms which they took care of right away.
The house advertises that it sleeps 8, it doesn't say that 2 of the bed rooms are in an annex building which isn't attached to the main house. This was a problem since we have 2 children who did not like being in a different building than us. This might work for a group of friends but be warned all the bed rooms besides the master has twin beds.
The wifi was basically not existent so if your planning on doing work with it as we had DON'T. The kitchen had minimal pots and pans, the blender didn't work, we also had to go buy a new can opener and wine opener. The pool area didn't have lights (actually they looked just burnt out) so after dark you couldn't use the pool.
One plus was they did have charcoal grill and they provided us with charcoal. Without the little touches from the property managers and its location this place would have been awful.
