“Excellent Accommodation”
Reviewed 13 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This was our second stay with Fermanagh Self Catering and highly recommend it. On arrival Caroline was there to greet us with a lovely tray of home baking which was a welcome treat after a long journey.
The Rafters accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is in such a peaceful setting but with plenty for the kids to keep busy. There is a well equipped games room with pool table, table tennis, football table, dartboard and a lot more to keep the whole family entertained. Outside there is plenty of open space for the kids to run around and enjoy the great Fermanagh weather.
Caroline was very helpful and gave us lots of great advice on places to go for day trips and how to get there.
Overall I would highly recommend Rafters or any of the other accommodation here at Fermanagh Self Catering and I will definitely be booking again in the future.

“This place is fantastic for children! My 2 boys hated leaving!”
Reviewed 22 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

We stayed here for a week and loved it! Plenty of activities for the boys (9+11yrs)! Caroline, the host was lovely and very accommodating! Beautiful fresh bread on arrival and we were very late arriving, 4.30am! Loved the accommodation, clean, fresh and ample space!

“Rafters is set in beautiful surroundings and we were given a very warm welcome”
Reviewed 21 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

We were given a very warm welcome. Caroline made us a welcome cup of tea and a selection of delicious breads which she had made that morning. Rafters was very cosy and everything we needed was provided. The gardens are beautiful and the surrounding scenery was stunning. I would be happy to recommend Rafters to anyone.

“Host, accommodation and location - equals warm holiday memories.”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Because of a simple mistake, we had nowhere to stay and were lucky enough to find a lady who knew the Johnstons nearby. Mark arrived and in short order we were housed in the 'Rafters' at the Old Rectory, set on the shore of Lough Killyfole: it had everything, no need to even bring washing-up liquid. The location is idyllic, with so many facilities on hand and much to do (or not, as you choose) in and around the site. They have built a most exquisite holiday venue suitable for the likes of us (in our later years) to families with children. We explored the surrounding areas in search of locations where ancestors lived and worked (Crom Castle, Belturbet, Cavan, etc.).The icing on this particular cake was the kindness and help given to us by Caroline, a warm and bubbly person whose T-shirt read 'Such Fun'; sums her up exactly.
