Hate to have to give this place a great review and risk making it so popular that it'd make it hard to get a booking but i have to, it's so quiet and peaceful and relaxing, situated on the road in to saucher point you have views over feilds of golden barley to the beach and sea and the isle of may in the distance, the room is beautifully situated to catch the morning sun rise, the decor of both room and on suite are beautiful with plenty of those wee touches that make it special, breakfast is something to behold, fresh seasonal fruit , melon , fresh yogart and orange juice muesli cereal and cornflakes and if you like a cooked breakfast that would choke a horse oh and to mention two great hosts in sue and roddy who make it that special wee place that it is, we'll definitely be back if we can get in .

“Excellent”
Reviewed 24 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

I was attending the evening reception of a wedding at the nearby Kilconquhar Castle Estate and needed somewhere local to stay. I could not have found a better place. The room was very nicely decorated with lots of attention to detail to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible, with an amazing view from the windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.

In the morning I was treated to a lovely cooked breakfast. There was also a wide range of juices and cereals to choose from. Sue, Roddy and Rosie the dog all made me feel very welcome and I would definitely stay here again if I ever need somewhere to stay in this area again.

“What a Discovery”
Reviewed 14 June 2016 for a stay in November 2015

This was our second visit to Saucher Point B&B & we have already booked our next stay there. Sue & Roddy are fantastic hosts. They are so friendly & couldn't be more helpful. There is only one double room with en-suite for guests. The room is bright, very clean & comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals & of course the customary fry up made to your liking. There was so much choice. The B&B is on the edge of the village just a short walk to all the amenities. The Ship Inn is 5 minutes walk away. The fabulous beach, also 5 minutes away. You also have easy access to the coastal walk to St Monans, pittenweem & beyond. There is off street parking but the road is perfectly ok to park if required. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stays here & would not hesitate to recommend it. Our stays were an absolute pleasure.

“Fantastic Accomodation, Warm Host”
Reviewed 31 January 2016 for a stay in January 2016

Sauchur Point is a hidden gem.

We were greeted warmly by the host and shown to our attic conversion room. The room was very spacious and modernly decorated - very stylish. The facilities in the room were excellent with a large TV with good selection of channels, large bed and sofa and a beautiful bathroom.

The breakfast is locally sourced and well presented - plenty to eat and it's all delicious.

Was very impressed with this property and would definitely stay there again, many thanks for a peaceful night away.
